There Is No More Hope Left In This World
While on the bus home the other day, I saw a 7 year old kid playing Grand Theft Auto 3 on his PSP. I don't know why but I felt instantly worried. Wasn't so much worried because he was running over pedestrians like an enraged madman, hauling off drivers from their cars, and machine gunning whores up on Sunset Blvd.
Was more worried because at one point of the game, he kept spawning out a tank, getting into it, and driving off cliffs.
Something about that was just.so.wrong.
Just don't ask me what.

Sigh, tell me about it. I saw kids playing the same game on PS2, and similar genre games on XBOXes at the malls, and what I hear are "quick quick, boink her, boink her, she's a hooker, and then run away!"
(They didn't use the word boink, obviously, but you know what I mean).
What is so scary about driving off cliffs compared to killing people? At least he will end up only hurting himself!
Kids. Are. Scary. These. Days.
Grand Theft Auto is one of my favorite games ... Haha!

at least it was only a PSP... and not reality :P
Merry Christmas, Merv and a blessed New Year too!
